The property is clean, the cute bubbly stream had trout and birds, the staff was super friendly and the large three bedroom unit had all the kitchen amenities for our trip. The biggest plus is that it is right across the street from the Skyline entrance, so just walk to the day activities! We recommend!

Loved the pool and spa being outside and warm in spring! Location nice a quiet and very close to the luge. Friendly, relaxed and happy staff, nothing a problem. Good communication from the team. Office was closed when I arrived but they had the welcome pack ready with all the information ahead of time. The property itself is a bit old but everything inside works. One big dead bug in the bathroom but the rest of the room was clean.

Absolutely LOVED our stay here, with two adults and two young children. One bedroom suite had two large beds, so younger children were able to share. We were greeted by exceptionally warm staff and they went above and beyond for us. Kids really enjoyed the playground, minigolf and games room. But they especially loved the warm pool (I think it was 32 degrees!) and spa. The whole place felt so tranquil. I wish we had been able to stay longer. If we plan another Rotorua visit, Ripple will be first on my list of places to rebook. A simply wonderful experience!
