"Beautiful older B+B style Inn. Great location you can just walk downtown or to the ballpark. Easy to locate with good parking. Clean and charming room with a comfortable bed. That being said the bathroom is the size of a small closet with phone booth sized shower. I would stay there again if I ever go back to Greenville. There are two porches and a great room with living area and a full kitchen that the guest may use. Also bikes available. Even provide coffee, muffins , fruit and snacks for the guests Very charming . "

"The ad for this property undersold what we got. This was a large apartment with a full kitchen, huge bathroom and separate laundry room. We were not expecting how nice it was. Great location, only a block of the river. Great food options. Downtown a very short walk. Riverwalk one block away. This was a great place to stay. We would stay again without hesitation. Note there was a separate damage deposit that was a little suspect because it wasn't mentioned in the Expedia reservation. I went through with it and received the deposit refund within a week of checking out. Turned out fine, even though it was a little odd. Last thing-pay for parking onsite. It is worth the convenience."

"The only decor was the ubiquitous No Smoking signs, yet the whole place reeked of smoke. Our room smelled of smoke and people smoked freely on the balconies, in the lobby, etc."
