「All the staff here are super friendly and welcoming. The interior is very new, clean, and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was surprisingly generous. Overall, a very pleasant and enjoyable stay!」

「I was assigned a room next to the elevators. Have much noise during the day inside room. Decent toiletries and high quality towels. I like hotel lobby and the rest area given guest to have self serviced coffee and tea. Good location to access to popular street and cafe. Attentive valet service. One thing to complain is overcharging me wine vending machine. Appealed to the front desk. Yet to wait for refund.」

「The staff at this property are wonderful. Everyone was freindly and helpful. We received helpful suggestions from both Sophia nad Matteo. The hotel itself is beautiful. Our room was lovely, very celan and had everything we needed. The location is also fantastic. It is a 5 minute walk to the main terrace/ waterfront and lots of restuarants. 「Unbelievable Super spacious, beyond clean, tidy & comfortable. The location seriously can’t be beat. You are right in the best part of old Quebec, by all the shops and restaurants. There is even easy, cheap parking a block away.」

「La chambre était dans un état impeccable et propre, le personnel courtois, gentil et aidant, déjeuner dans une ambiance paisible et plein de douceurs très, très délicieux et copieux. localisation parfaite et calme pour dormir.」

「Very good location, steps away from Le Petit Champlain and a short walk from Frontenac. Suite was large, modern, and comfortable bed. Large washroom with excellent rain shower and spa tub. The only thing I didn’t like is having to go through the restaurant to get to our building.」
