「The staff is extremely helpful. Because the day I stay is New Year Eve. My daughter wants to play firework. I find many shops and supermarkets but can’t find any. At last, I ask the receptionist who has golden moustache help me to check and call the shops one by one. However, all in Swiss are sold out. 「Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean although bit small by usa standards. No room safe, and bathroom lacked shelf space and clothes/towel hooks-but not deal breaker. Area is nice and convenient to tram, which hotel provided free electronic passes for, which then let us have easy access to shopping, dining, and the train station. 」
