「Stayed in the area to check out Lake Shelbyville. I liked the hotel. It was nice and quiet. The only issue was the faucet was clogged, but other than that I had no issues. I will probably be back if I'm in the area.」

「This was a super cute place with lots of potential! It was hot and muggy inside, but I don't know if that was a fluke or just bad timing for us. They had a band playing loud music in the attached bar. It sounded like fun, but I would suggest asking for an outer room if noise bothers you. The continental breakfast was a little odd. They had snack cakes rather than bagels and such. Lol, my grandkids thought it was fantastic!! They had some fresh fruit and waffles, so it turned out okay. ...

「Not sure where the 10/10 reviews are coming from, this hotel needs a complete re-do. We had black mold in our room and should have just left. It sounds like there is new management, so hopefully they can try to right the ship because this place will only get worse with time. Great location, but that is where it begins and ends. Spend a few extra bucks and stay in Mantoon, you will be glad you did.」

「All in all a good place to stay for the price. The bathroom was quite small, as the door would scrap against the toilet bowl when shutting or opening the door. Everything was clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly.」

「What we absolutely loved about our stay, and what made the experience uniquely special, was the exceptional treatment that Joshua showered us with—from the time he greeted us at our vehicle upon check-in—to the time he walked us to our vehicle at checkout. The room and common areas were flawlessly kept, the property was peaceful, and the other guests were just as pleased as we were to share such a wonderful space. The added bonus is that Joshua makes a superb quiche!」

「I really couldn’t have asked for more. Nice hot shower with a very comfortable bed in a clean room. Ash and the boss that checked me in were two of the nicest people you will ever meet. I was very happy with everything」

「We found a can of soda in the fridge when we first came in the room, which really shocked us. Due to the fully booked hotel, the service they gave were limited as well. But overall this was a pleasant stay.」
