不喜歡：整潔度和住宿環境和硬體
Had to wait a few minutes for staff to arrive at front desk but he was very kind. When entering our room, I was instantly disappointed in the stench - smoke/dampness/pet. I contacted front desk and he offered to come “spray” the room. I asked if he had another room available that didn’t smell like that, and he apologized and said he did not. The chair in the room was so icky, I didn’t even sit on it to take off my shoes. It looked as if someone had sprinkled carpet freshener on it while damp.
I chose this hotel because it had the highest star rating in Charleston Illinois, but I’m not sure if those stars were accumulated during previous ownership, or if the other hotels in town are just that much worse.
Definitely would not stay here again.
