"Pros: It was a small enough property that you don't need transportation to take you between different areas. Main lobby, restaurants, pools, waterpark and the theatre and entertainment area are all consolidated in one area so very accessible and walkable. The property is fairly new. It was clean and well maintained."

"The property itself was well maintained and visually very nice. However, our overall experience was somewhat disappointing, especially as a family with a toddler. There were very limited activities for families beyond spending time at the pools, so the resort felt lacking in options for young children. The telecom/operator service was also difficult to reach, as calls were rarely answered. We were also unable to enjoy the private beach during our stay due to a significant amount of seaweed. In addition, we had informed the resort that we were visiting to celebrate our toddler’s birthday, but the birthday arrangement was sent one day early. While we appreciated the gesture, it felt poorly coordinated, and we had expected a more thoughtful effort given the occasion. Overall, the property is well kept, but the service and family-focused experience did not fully meet our expectations."

"The staff was lazy. Don’t waste your money on platinum you will have to walk about 10 min to get to the lobby because the golf carts are either not passing or they just left your stop and it will take them 15 min to come back. Also the price for better rooms is not as it looks. The drink are just juices and when you ask for double on a margarita or any cocktail they give you a face. If you are going in a big group (6 or more) don’t do this resort. The service is bad, not everyone is bad but a great majority of the staff doesn’t want to work."

"Fantastic service, amenities, food and drinks. Rooms were very spacious and had lots of space for things. Great resort layout and ease of getting around. Tons to do. No complaints at all. Would definitely come back and will stay at another Excellence hotel in other places. Amazing vacation!"
