「I booked a twin bed room and fully paid, however I got a tiny single bed room which is cheaper price. I traveled from a long way to the hotel, I was really tired and had to get ready for my next day business. Instead I had to argue with the reception because they thought I was alone so they arranged a tiny single bed room for me even though I paid for twin bed room for 2 nights. It was ridiculous, but they offered free breakfast for one day, the next day changed to a twin bed room. Although they...

「Great location. You can walk to Metro (Rogier) and shopping mall (City 2) within 5 minutes. Although there are some homeless on the street, it is still safe around the hotel. The front desk staff are super helpful. They help me to photocopy document and tell me the direction of my school. That's why I extend 1 week in this hotel. I would definitely choose Thon Hotel if I visit Brussels in the future. I will recommondend to my friends too. 」
