Nice hotel.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Really set up for business people. I was there on holiday but have nothing to complain about as rooms were clean, WiFi excellent, food nice and staff friendly and helpful..

This is a run down hotel in a run down building. A business center and restaurant occupy the spacious ground floor. However the ground floor is completely vacant. The building has a very modern design But has been exposed to excessive water damage at some point. The lounge seating is filthy with moths flying out of it. The counters of the ground floor had frequent, large, cheaply-repaired cracks; and, exposed, duct-taped wiring. The walls of the hotel floors above, seen from the lobby, have large splotches of water damage. Most places are bathed in natural light, but where the daylight can't reach, a few hundred meters or so of corridor, it's light by the weakest petro station style lighting. The room doors are shrunk in from the jabs; and, filthy from the waist down. Inside, door jabs are just exposed wood. The room itself is just like the rest of the building, modern but neglected until recently. It's a fault spacious room for one person. There's calcium cascaded all over the bathroom. Rust staining on and around the toilet. Rust staining on the room door. The CEO mural, however, is in perfect condition. As is the coffee set-up and the closet. I checked the bed linen immediately--since I was asked for a Rp50k cash deposit:, dirty and stained. The only other good thing about this is there were no horrible or weird smells; the bathroom door was on perfect condition; the closet was specious and had a dresser; and, there is a chair and a wide desk with plenty of outlets.

1 nacht was genoeg

Om 02.30am ingecheckt vanwege late aankomst op Bali. Ze adverteren met 24/7 roomservice dus bewaarden wij onze eetlust voor in het hotel, echter was er 's nachts geen roomservice mogelijk en was er geen eten te krijgen in het hotel. Hotel ziet er beneden goed uit, boven oud en vervallen. Kamer ook oud en badkamer beschimmeld en ruikt muf. Veel bruine/zwarte/rode(bloed) vlekken op het beddengoed. Het kussen stonk naar rook. Ontbijt zou tot 11 uur beschikbaar zijn, wij werden om 10 uur gebeld dat het ontbijt om 10.30 zou sluiten, of we nog kwamen. Ontbijtzaal ziet er gezellig uit, maar was vol met vliegen. Ook vliegen op het eten, ondanks netjes eroverheen. Weinig keuze bij het ontbijt ook.

Good value, tired room

I needed a short day stay due to a long connecting flight. This hotel has gone down hill since it's first opened. The location on Sunset Rd is quite convenient, but room is tired looking. Good value if you're willing to compromise on the comfort.

Berry Biz Day Trip Stay

It was a day trip so we didn't sleep the night. Generally the staff was really friendly, they gave us a free upgrade and welcome drinks. They had a very chill and spacious cafe to do work and have some food which was very convenient. The location was a few minutes away from 66 beach and it was pretty easy to get around on grab or the hotel could call you a driver. Since it's a relatively new hotel there's still some work being done, the common areas on level 2 when i was there have a very industrial / minimalist vibe since theres not much decoration around. The rooms were pretty spacious and they have various charging points all around the room which was good. They also had very motivational quotes as the room themes. Its not super fancy but it's affordable and comfortable.

Service has room for improvement. Okay otherwise

We liked the decor of the rooms, but didn't like that they had a strange musty smell when we entered. The property seems well maintained in general. The restaurant is actually quite nice, and serves delicious food. We weren't disappointed with anything that we ordered. There was an issue at the restaurant when one of day managers made an issue adding to restaurant bill to our room claiming we hadn't paid a deposit, which was rude, and also wrong since we had actually paid a deposit (they wouldn't let you check-in otherwise). We complained about it but no corrective action was taken, nor did anyone apologise for that. There isn't much to see or do at a walkable distance of this hotel. Overall, an okay hotel. Service could use some improvement.

Absolutely loved it!

I have nothing bad to say about my stay. The staff were excellent and always cheerful. The rooms were comfy and clean. The hotel organised transport for us when they could or arranged decently priced transportation. The buffet breakfast was great and we had something new to try each day!

Good Stay

The stay was great and comfortable. hotel staff is very courteous and always up for helping. the room size is a little small but that's a very minor minus point for the hotel. breakfast spread is great and has a lot of variety. I would definitely recommend this.

아주 싼 가격에 괜찮은 호텔이 있을까 생각했는데 찾다 찾은게 베리비즈 호텔 하룻밤만 묵을 생각이여서 그냥 한국으로 2만원 조식포함해서 예약했는데 사실 조식도 기대안했음 근데 생각보다 방도 넓고 깨끗했고, 특히 제일 마음에 들었던건 조식이였다. 생각보다 푸짐하게 나온 뷔페식 조식이였고, 그 중에 소세지가 정말 제일 맛있었다. 조식시간도 길어서 편했고, 좋았다. 냉장고는 쓰지못하게 잠겨있었지만, 크게 불편하지도 않았고 일본에서 이런식의 호텔에서 자려면 한 10만원정도는 내야할 듯할 정도로 에어컨도 빵빵했고 만족했던 호텔이였음.

Excellent hotel, excellent service

The design of the hotel, and it's interiors are quite striking. Looks very modern, and has all the facilities I'd expect from a good hotel, and more. It seems to be a new hotel, so, parts of it are being worked on, but that never became a nuisance or anything. The service is impeccable. The staff are always smiling, and very helpful. The attached restaurant is very good as well. Overall, an excellent hotel. Would love to stay here again.
