「The elevator is one of the factors for me to choose the hotel. Unfortunately on the way to elevator, there are a 5-step staircase. So I still have to carry my luggages myself. The reception did not let me know or offer any help. There was no hair dryer in my room, and it took me over 30 minutes to finally get a good one. So overall, I don’t think the price is worth it」

「Although we have put a “do not disturb” tag outside, someone still go into our room when we are out ! Feel very unsecured Towel is not very clean, and no hair conditioner provided Good thing is it is very close to the metro station 」
