Nina and the reception staff (Vincent, Mohammed, and Allan) are truly wonderful people, interested in you and wanting to make sure the accommodations are perfect. Our toilet of all things decided to come loose, and was replaced same day. Have stayed here several times since 1992.

The hotel was fun. A little funky which is Paris and the reason we chose it and it is in the area we really like (St. Germain). Lots of shopping with tons of restaurants, gelato, pastries, etc. within 1 block walk. Nina at the desk is awesome and came into the living room off the main desk area to shoot some pictures of the two of us which was very nice and will probably be our 2026 Christmas picture. Really enjoyed it. Our room was small but very well laid out and used only for sleeping since there is so much to do. Very enjoyable. Doug Cook. 7/7/26
