「We arrived late but check in was easy via the 24hr reception in the hotel next door. The suite was the well equipped and finished to a high standard and spotlessly clean. Would thoroughly recommend staying here again 」

So much thought went into everything, complementary drinks when we arrived, and thank you gift on leaving. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. We are a family of 6 (4 children) and they have already asked if we can stay at Bensimon if we ever visit Berlin again! Can’t recommend it highly enough, thank you!」

「櫃檯人員相當親切友善。 所入住的客房隔音良好，除了隔壁房門開關時自己的房門會稍微震動之外都非常安靜 設施狀況皆良好，燈光擺設很舒服，網路很穩，浴室也沒有任何問題 不過浴簾有點短，洗澡時水還是會噴濺到外面去（乾濕分離並不是很徹底）」

「They charged three more days room fee without my permission when I lived in this hotel period, and I proved receipts to them what I paid when I checked in because I was checking my credit card bill. It's a mistake, and they're keep ignoring this issue. It's not a good attitude and service. 」
