「酒店是很不錯的，停車也是免費的，工作人員都很熱情。有恆溫泳池，不過不知道是不是真正的溫泉水，SPA也沒有時間做，留待下次吧。謝謝！」

「The hotel was like home from home, all members of staff made us very welcome and were exceedingly helpful. The food was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed both the breakfast and evening meals, good ingredients beautifully cooked and the service was quick and attentive. Our holiday was mainly to visit gardens in the surrounding area,, five of which were within one hours drive = heaven. York’s Park and Ride was a 20 minute drive away and we spent a good few hours sightseeing and shopping,...

「Room was ok . Dull dark decor and v small television. Table light worked but wonky and carpet threadbare in some areas . Clean . Check in was not very welcoming , lady seemed rushed and no pleasantries . Asked for more milk which didn’t get . Meal in the evening was good . Sticky toffee sauce was more like weak caramel. Decided not to stay the night so returned home so can’t comment on breakfast. Staff serving meal v good . 」

「Room was in good condition however it was a disabled room that was not advised on booking. There was an intermittent unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. Seeing the disabled room I immediately requested a room change but here was not much enthusiasm as we had a 2 night stay and was told the hotel was full the following night so not much they could do and on the first night there were currently no other made up rooms. Overall the staff at the bar and in the restaurant and around the hotel...
