「Our room was very cramped but we did have a lot of luggage.」

「The hotel is in convenient location. Close to the motorway, shops and some good restaurants. Room for 4 was spacious. Air con working fine, shower hot and clean bedding. There was quite a strong smell from bathroom, we run water into every waste thinking it may be a hot weather and room being empty for some time, but smell didn't disappear. No lift in the hotel, so luggage is your problem. Staff was friendly and helpful.」

We were able to reach the person in charge of reception by telephone and Vincent resolved the situation quickly. He also discussed ways of improving communication with us the following day. The rooms are basic but clean. The single rooms are very small; the double rooms much more spacious, There is no air...

「We have been using this hotel on and off for nearly 30 years and can always rely on its consistency. the welcome is friendly and the Manager obviously cares as he was out litter picking when we arrived so I'd say over and above ! 」
