「Staff really friendly, welcoming and attentive, breakfast was lovely - fab location; pool and spa a nice touch; we did have an AC issue and the room we were in was really noisy, but staff were fantastic and they upgraded us for our 2nd night. Overall had a fantastic stay, highly recommend and would return 」

「Rooms were spacious and the staff were kind, but the hotel feels run-down and less than clean. My room was in the basement which only have half windows. The carpets have an odor, housekeeping missed trash removal, the rooms are not well lit and the room itself was very basic. Overall, not the level of Hyatt quality I expected for the price. 」

「一開始入住408號房，剛入住時只急放下行李再外出，到晚上回時先發現空調控制器無法使用。和大堂接待處溝通後，馬上獲安排了另一間房。」

「No lift. But the lady at the front desk with dark hair and bangs was absolutely delightful. As a woman traveling alone she made sure to let me know if I needed anything to reach out, didn’t say my room number out loud in case someone could over hear, and made sure to put me on second level. 」

「酒店位置離利物浦火車站約10分鐘路程，可接受之範圍，另外距離海邊之景點步行過去亦十分方便！ 房間寬敞，廚房設備充足。唯一缺點是房間床褥比較軟身，不適合腰脊骨有問題之人士。」

「The hotel room environment is nice, with acceptable cleanliness. Remember to bring your own toothbrush and slippers when checking in. The hotel features Beatles decorations, which fit Liverpool perfectly, and it even provides 24-hour coffee – that's very thoughtful!」
