It just happened that the day we booked to stay was grand national day, coincidence that they couldn’t find our booking, yes because they’d charged 3 times more for someone else to have the room with the grand national going on..
Staff couldn’t care less and even when we showed them proof of the booking they just didn’t want to know.
Leaving us with nowhere to stay.」

「This apartment was very clean and new. It’s one of my nicest stay in UK. The only drawback was the hot water heater being tripped. Good thing was the management had warned me through email and told me how to recover. I highly recommend it. 」
