"A 2 minute walk away from the ferry drop off point , Arsenale . The staff were warm and very polite, the receptionist gave us some pointers of what to look out for in the area such as tourist attractions and restaurants to visit. The hotel does not have a escalator but there is staff on site to assist with carrying luggage to your room. Breakfast buffet has a variety of options , hot and cold options as well as different sweet treats! Thank you Hotel Teson , you guys were amazing"
