「Horrible experience 」

「The fitness area was clean and had plenty of equipment and space to utilize it. The atmosphere was nice and welcoming. Tish (check-in) was kind and helpful. Amy (also check in) was VERY helpful & went above & beyond. The restaurant however, was much less impressive. The food was adequate & portions fine both afternoons we dined there. 「Great place, just need a better system when there are events. Even though it was 830 pm our room was still not ready. We waited almost an hour. Other that it was all great..employees, rooms, all of it.」

「Do not stay here. The room we booked was suddenly unavailable so they “upgraded” us to a “better” room. The room we originally booked was a king, they gave us a queen spa suite. Which was newly renovated, but it was tiny and the jetted tub for two was definitely not for two adults. It was also in the middle of the room, and since the room was so small, you got the bed wet any time you used it. That jetted tub is also the only shower / bath in the room at all. Very weird.
