「The location of the hotel is excelent. I had booked 2 tooms. A Junior Suite with Lake view 269sq/ft and a Superior double with Terrace at 179sq/ft. However the 179sq/ft Superior double room was much better for the value because the size difference is the square footage of the terraces. 「We absolutely loved our stay here! 5 stars doesn’t feel like enough. Carlos and Alessandra were wonderful - they were warm and helpful throughout our whole visit. We actually forgot to register our car for parking (oops!) and they sorted it out for us right away, no problem at all. We were there in May so maybe they had more flexibility, but still, they really went out of their way to help. The breakfast every morning was also really good, with lots of homemade items and everything tasted...
