「We had a wonderful stay! The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming — always smiling and ready to help. A special thank you to Gianni, the nicest and most attentive waitress I’ve ever met. The spa was absolutely incredible, truly one of the best we’ve experienced. The only suggestion I have is to extend the spa hours a bit, since many guests spend the day exploring beautiful Lake Garda and return in the evening. Opening earlier and closing a bit later would make the experience even more...

「Let’s start with the staff of professionals. Everyone was kind and helpful, Hotel was lovely and peaceful. Every room has a few of the lake. Breakfast offered everything you can imagine, the bar and restaurant excellent choices. We will refer to friends! 」
