「Strange odor 」

「The hotel is a bit far from the center, but everything else was fantastic. The rooms are very clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a good variety of milk, bread, and fresh fruit. Most importantly, it was very quiet at night, ensuring a great sleep. Will not assist with security regarding people bothering you at your room, and staff is very rude and ignorant. I’d recommend any issues are reported to Metro so they can request video footage - but management is scarce and is the only there sometimes - so if there is a major issue, nothing can be done until in the morning.
