「Great location. Nice bistro & restaurant!」

「The staff were super friendly and helpful. We accidentally reserved a room that wasn’t good for our family of four, and they helped us move to a more comfortable room. The rooms are European size I would say. Very nice but tight. The place is clean and the breakfast croissants were amazing! We didn’t find parking at the hotel so we had to find it ourselves elsewhere. Very good location!」

「We booked the room for 3 persons. When arrived, we discovered that there were only two sets of bedding, the sofa bed wasn’t ready or set. When asked for one more set, the receptionist said there wasn’t any! After chasing, she gave me at last. Her attitude was not sincere nor helpful. The check in experience was bad! This affected my stay in the hotel a lot!」

「It was a bit noisy on the floor between people in the halls and other rooms but a good affordable stay near McGill. The cafe in the hotel lobby was good but a bit pricey. Metro station and lots of great restaurants are nearby including breakfast places open early. 」
