Nice having extra bathroom and shower. Nice large king room and king bathroom. Great balcony. Would have been nice to have extra blanket. No housekeeping services due to individual owner policy and have to pay extra for anything. Kitchen needs more utensil, larger coffee pot, and baking sheets.

I booked my experienced for 14days and omg, it was spectacular from arrival to departure. Staff was super helpful and kind. I'll be going back again because of how they made me feel. I must also add that everything was literally walking distance which will save you couple of $$$ 10 of 10 from me!

The kitchen drawer only had one fork. When we called the desk, we were told that the hotel wouldn't help because we didn't book through the hotel. There was no hot water in the kitchen and the shower in the second bathroom. We had to wash the dishes in the bathroom sink. I called the number listed on my itinerary to get help and never received a reply. Overall, a very poor experience.

Perfect location for family’s. Access to MGMs pool, the monorail was ideal. Secluded from the hustle bustle of the strip, but a short walk puts you right into the action. Loved having a balcony. The room was clean, minus a few hidden items in the couch. L

Buena estadia, pero incómodo el estacionamiento

El check in, fue rápido pero solo tienen la opción de Valet Parking, y aunque era gratuito, pues siempre es casi necesaria la propina, (dejarlo y recogerlo). Luego varios días estaba cerrado el valet (después de las 10 pm) y nos mandó a estacionarnos al hotel MGM y está lejísimos caminando después de dejarlo allá! Otra aveces estacionarlo en valet en otra torre de la propiedad.

2ND Class because Hotels.com was a 3RD Party

My wife and I couldn't get the same treatment as the other people because hotels.com was considered 3RD Party. If we had any problems like trouble with a television, we had to contact hotels.com and not the front lobby. We couldn't check in early even though the room was ready because we went through a 3RD Party. Room was nice.
