"Awesome place."

"I was arriving late so I called two days before my stay to note on my room that I would be checking in around midnight. When I arrive to check in they my room away. They gave my king bed room away and the room I got did not have the strip view that I paid for. They said they only had a 2 queen room without a view and I was forced to take it. Pretty ridiculous because what is the point of making the reservation."

"Kiosk self Check-in is a big hassle and so was the check out. You have to enter your floor number on a tablet to find out which elevator has been assigned to you. Moreover, the assigned elevator varies each time—a process that is extremely bothersome. Furthermore, the long lines result in a significant waste of time. Our room was quite spacious and clean, though the furniture was old."
