This was close to the Hoover Dam and within 30 minutes of car rental return. Hotel was clean and breakfast was decent. I would definitely stay here again.

Boulder Station Hotel and Casino
Its one of my favorite hotel to stay, rooms are always clean, large size, and the viwes to downtown are amazing from here. Can alway fund reasonable prices, and only about 20 minutes to downtown or freemount street.
