Treasure Island - TI Las Vegas Hotel & Casino
Rooms are dated, AC not so great, great views non existent, advertise no resort fees but you still get charged them. The only plus was free parking.

The Venetian Resort Las Vegas
I paid for a strip view. Ended up being the width of an alley way. The rest was block by the buildings around. They still claimed it was a strip view. So was a waste to up grade.
