「Es una hotel muy grande y familiar, la atencion del personal fue buena sin embargo para quienes se encargan del aseo de las habitaciones tuvimos temas, ya que no cambiaron las sabanas durante nuestra instancia estuvimos 6 dias tabien nunca realizaron el llenado de jabon de la habitacion」

「This was a terrible place. I don't recommend it at all especially if travelling with minors. The hotel failed to communicate that they were cleaning the pool with chemicals. There was no sign or notice. We took our children for a early swim when all the sudden our kids started coughing. We got out immediately and the children ended up having a horrible reaction to the pool chemicals. We had to call a doctor due to the rashes. It was a terrible experience for us. Also, the hotel online...

「The hotel is beautiful, and the concierge staff are amazing. The chef’s team is also very friendly and welcoming. The only issue we experienced was theft. We lost a speaker on the first day while our carry-ons and personal bags were being transferred to the room. The next day, my friend also lost $500 in cash after the cleaning service visited the room. Overall, it’s still worth visiting, but I would recommend carrying your personal belongings yourself and keeping all valuables securely locked...

Lo incomodo fue que en áreas comunes, en la alberca, otros huéspedes pusieron música a alto volumen con una bocina y no se le pidió desde la administración del hotel que bajaran el volumen o la apagaran para respetar a los demás huéspedes.」

「El hotel Es viejo y goteras en el baño es una vergüenza. La comida mala. Lo que salva al Hotel es la playa por que está padre. Me Robaron mis sandalias en la playa y las toallas toman en sol, y no personas. El premium es bueno Pero espacio muy chico y falta buena comida en todo el hotel」
