"Air conditioner a little loud"

"The beach was a short walk from our room, and we couldn't have asked for a better view. "

"Check in was easy and the extra sheets for the sofa bed were brought right up to our room. We had an issue with noise in the middle of night and it was dealt with efficiently. Breakfast had a good amount of choices and Shay could not have been nicer or more accomodating. It was a pleasure to see her each morning and she made sure every guest was taken care of. Would definitley recommend to others in the area."

"The rooms facing the courtyard are tiny. The room wasn’t too clean or taken care of. We had 2 towels for a family of 5, was told more would come but never did. Waterpark was fun though, nice addition. "

"Amazing property and amazing hotel! Stayed with family (2 young boys) and room, the property, the amenities and breakfast all were 5 stars. Joe and all other staff were excellent! Must ecommended for all. Our only regret is we didn't stay more nights than 1 night as we are scheduled to visit the Keys. Perhaps the best hotel we stayed in during our 10 years of adventures. "

"We stayed at Bungalow #1 and had a great time! It is behind the main house so it doesn't have a view of the beach, but is pretty quiet and peaceful. The place was well stocked, clean and provided enough room for 2 adults and 2 kids :) The beach access was great; you literally walk about 100' and you're on the beach :) "

"The room appeared clean and had a nice view of the water park; however, there was an unpleasant odor as soon as you walked in the door. Beyond that, there were no other complaints."
