「Great spot out of the city. I love staying here. Price point is great.」

「The restaurant was closed at dinner. The pool was freezing cold, hot tub was not working. The breakfast was not available until 8 am which was not noted online so we ended up going to McDonald's for a meal that supposed to be in the price we paid. The A/C was not working properly. We will be sending our breakfast receipt in.」

When we got into our room, it smelled nice, but after being in it for a while, cigarette smoke was wafting in. The fridge, microwave and sheets were clean, but the walls were smeared with dirt. 「Filthy sheets, clearly not laundered, sink and shower also disgustingly dirty. Checked out immediately (did not stay the night), staff told us we could get a refund through Expedia but 5 days later they have still not responded to Expedia’s emails and phone calls, so we are out CAD 144. DO NOT STAY HERE, AVOID!」

「This hotel is not clean. I lived there for two nights. I asked the front desk for house keeping; I also hanged up the sign of refurbish before 10am, for more than 24 hours, according to their instructions. No one came to clean my room. There is hair in food in their restaurant. And also dark marks on bedding linens; I feel itchy sleeping here. Too expensive for such experience. I don’t recommend it.」
