「I understand that the hotel is located by the lake, so naturally, some flies and mosquitoes are expected. However, being near a lake should not be an excuse for poor pest control or lack of cleanliness. With proper maintenance, regular cleaning, and responsible management, these issues can be minimized. A property’s location is not the problem; it’s how well the management maintains it. A beautiful lakeside property can still be clean, comfortable, and well-maintained if management simply does...

「BEST 3 Night Mini VACATION on this property!!!」

「Very nice place and the staff was very friendly」

「Was a great place」

「Big comfortable room for a longer stay . After a long day out coming back to the hotel room felt good. Are room looked out over parking lot and neighboring buildings. Watching it rain. My wife and I really enjoyed it. The folks that worked there took care of us I highly recommend」

「The property was beautiful; the rooms were nice and clean. They weren't luxury, but they were perfect for a visit to the hill country and were a very good value for the price. And almost best of all, the mattresses were comfortable. I would stay there again.」

「We were having a yearly get-together of three brothers and wives. We were able to visit with all in the dining area. There were plenty of chairs with a small amount of privacy, but people walked thru and around the area. We didn't feel like it was intruding. We all had separate rooms and the hotel arranged for us to be on the same floor. Rooms were very clean, breakfast selections were good. The staff was extremely helpful and the ladies who cleaned rooms were very considerate of your needs....

「Good location for San Marcos outlet shopping and near some good restaurants for dinner.」
