「Beautifully decorated. Nice and cool rooms. Spacious design. The bathrooms were excellent and water nice and hot. The only disappointments were there wasn’t an iron and no breakfast was served. However there was a wonderful cafe near by. Just a 6 min walk. It made the trip well rounded. I will most definitely tell my friends and family and will stay again! Lovely staff! Made my husband and I wedding anniversary a very relaxing and stress free experience.」

「DO NOT STAY HERE!! SAFETY ISSUE!!! This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in my whole 39 years of my life. Myself (39 f) my daughter (19) and my son (13) traveled to this location for my daughter’s college orientation. The evening employee kicked us out of the hotel because we use the bath towel towels as pool towels. Before going up to our room after getting out of the pool, we stopped by the hotel desk to ask for a few more towels. The guy flipped out on us. He was irate....

「Looks newly renovated room looks nice, there was these little black bugs on the floor. No body wash glad i got my own. Breakfast was simple waffles, cereal and prepacked muffins.」

「The building requires some maintenance. My room lacked a microwave, and I the tv was kind of outdated. But everything was pleasantly clean. Staff was very helpful. Overall everything was pretty good compared to other similar hotels with the same pricing. If I ever come back to New Braunfuls I'd pick to stay here again.」
