The only issue we had were ants. They streamed out from the electrical socket on the prep counter next to the sink. Besides that minor inconvenience, the stay was great. We will return.

There amenities are severely lacking. The room is okay at best. And they charged a $75 pet fee which is 3x higher than other pet friendly hotels. I won’t stay at another candlewood.

First off, a dog was barking in the neighboring room, which was very annoying. My wife has severe allergies, and the thought of a canine having been in our room, on our bed, before us was appalling. The mattress was a spring mattress and creaked every time we moved or sat on the edge, and our backs ached in the morning. Horrible stay. Never choosing Candlewood Suites again.
