「We never made it to the room. No one could confirm the reservation we waited over 30 minutes and finally gave up and ended up in a different hotel. Also when we got there the description of the place was not what it really was.」

「Staff were very friendly and helpful, had some issues in the room and he was quick to respond and deal with it. Made me feel at ease. Food was delicious. The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. Only suggestion would be have outlets checked and fix headboard. 」

「It was my second time in the country and my first time was better. I had an okay time but this hotel lacked a few things I was expecting better from. The food options were not great. Getting restaurant tables was a hassle. The bed felt like a rock, I slept terribly my entire vacation. 」
