「Staff was friendly and very helpful. Room was very clean!」

「The staff were very unfriendly. The person who checked us in was downright rude. As was the person that checked us out. Coffee shop personnel were just as off putting. The gym was probably the highlight of the stay. Other than that, the stay was mediocre. After paying over $300/night, there was a resort fee of $45/day plus tax. Plus $40/day for self park. An additional $700. If I spend $400+/night, I expect more than just room in a “resort” with zero amenities and terrible staff. We had to beg...

「Exceptional per usual! We love staying at the Whaler, the condo option is great for families that aren’t trying to eat out each meal and it’s in a great location by Black Rock for snorkeling, plenty of restaraunt options and next door to Whalers Village for plenty of shopping options.」

「Beautiful property」

「Do not book ocean view property, it does not have ocean view at all and the property is well aware of this. It is convenient location by the beach, rooms are large, have space with kitchenette etc so allow you to eat in. The property felt tired as you get into the rooms, amenities were much better up-kept.」
