「It was close to the venue we attended. Early check in is not good, had to pay extra to arrive by 3pm so we could get ready for a wedding. Felt that was a little excessive.」

「Check in was very slow. Only one employee at the 4:00 P.M. check-in time. They were interrupted by another employee for a long conversation while customers waited. We were told that room service was every other day. We stayed three nights and never had room service. We called down on the third day at 4:00 P,M. and requested missing items, which were delivered an hour later. The included breakfast is under staffed. The one employee worked very hard, but could not keep up.」
