No shampoo in the bathroom until the 3rd day, due to the miss-communication between front desk and cleaning staff. Very cold air conditioner, but very quiet during evening. 「We come here for the celebration of our honeymoon, and quite surprising that the resort have upgraded our room with lovely decoration which make us have a memorable holiday. All the staff were well trained with a lovely smile and were aware of the client's needs wherever we come across, especially for the female manager on the day when we arrived the resort, she took us to go through every corner of the resort, introduced the facilities and led us to our room.
