The animals are well taken care of, there are activities for kids and adults. The food is delicious. There's a welcome package with info about the farm, mealtimes, activities in the area, and info about Ramadan. The hosts and staff are so friendly and happy to help or chat. "

"My stay here was amazing, i stayed here for peace and quiet and the tranquil surroundings with my pregnant wife. We loved it, especially the hospitality from ali and sabbir. Only thing is i would say food did not have enough variety and could taste a little bit better. "Beautiful 5 star property. All staff were amazing especially Sarah who checked us in the hotel efficiently. Sarah was amazing and helped us check in at 12:00 when our check in was supposed to be at 15:00. All facilities were amazing including pools , rooms and breakfast buffet . So much variety for everyone to choose from . Will definitely be coming back to Marrakech just for Savoy Le Grande Hotel !"

"We checked in at 3.30pm
We checked out at 12. They wouldnt allow check out later. And they cut our all inclusive bands. The manager bushra seems nice but is very stingy l, she said we are only allowed to access facilities until 3pm. Nothing else after this time, so was she expexting us to sit on the street with 2 kids! Very frustrating. At check in we also waited half hour for someone to.show us our room.

"Our stay at La Mamounia was exceptional, the architecture was so beautiful. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It was walking distance to Jemaa el-Fnaa and the souks. Our room was beautiful, very clean and comfortable, the food was amazing as was the hammam and pool. Only negative was the view from the Hivernage suite, there isn’t one, only the hotel roof. But will definitely return."
