「Honestly, the staff were so bad it was ridiculous. From the moment we arrived, they came across cold, blunt and completely uninterested in guests. My partner isn't Moroccan and the way he was spoken to felt noticeably different and uncomfortable. Most interactions felt like we were inconveniencing them simply by being there. I found myself having to be overly friendly just to get basic hospitality back, which made the whole experience feel awkward and forced. The evening entertainment was also...

「A special place we went back to by nostalgia Just 1 hick We went out for dinner once and when we came back the entrance door of the reception was locked...by chance we saw another sideway we took which took us inside the property... But a charming place and nice furniture . Staff very nice thank you Television in the bedroom not working but they are in the mountains..so we can expect this... 」

「Our room was okey but not clean, only thing inside the room was two bag of tea and 2 bottle of water. In the evening we saw they enter our tent without permission, its not housekeeping or anything. Why? At dinner we had our meat really raw, which we wanted medium rare and we wanted to recook it but until they saw us in our table it was 15 min passed anyway, the rest was cold. In the breakfast, chairs even was really dirty. We did not enjoy it. All camp area is full of kittens, Cats and dogs...

Hervorzuheben ist das Personal, man hatte einen eigenen Guide, der sich um alles gekümmert hat. Das Essen serviert, das Auto zur Unterkunft gefahren, Feuer gemacht. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen」

「The tent was lovely, the pool area was thankfully not busy, so very peaceful and the BBQ was great (1 between 2 is plenty, very generous portion). I had major issues contacting the property through Expedia and that caused stress. I suggest they work that out. The evening show and food were poor.」
