「The only reason we booked a room at this hotel is because it had a pool for the kids. Unfortunately, after getting everyone into swimsuits and ready to swim, we walked to the pool and found some mysterious stuff floating in the water, some of it looked like toilet paper. After checking at the front desk the clerk said, "Oh, yeah. I guess I should close it." By far, the worst part of our stay was the location. 「The first bedroom I entered was poorly lit and a bit shabby, but tolerable. However, the tub and shower area of the bathroom was shockingly unclean with built-up soap scum, dirt from feet, and possibly mold. The light switch was cracked and stained, and the tissue dispenser in the wall was rusty. The walls apparently used to have wallpaper and the residual wallpaper paste was never removed. They were crudely painted over, making the rough patches look like mold. There were holes in the closet...

「The best thing about my trip to Pottsville was the front dest staff. Being so far away from home and being my first visit on the East was a bit nerve racking. However, the front desk was so friendly and helpful. One particular employees stood and and her name was Autumn. Excellent people skills.」
