「The breakfast was good- as good as other hotels. The one big drawback was the pool. The indoor pool is unusable. It's freezing cold and no one got in it. I tried but only made it up to my waist and had to get right out. We never expected it to not be heated. 」

「The property is okay. We found the beds to be extremely soft. The dining room in the lobby was not "welcoming" so we went elsewhere. We never received a receipt or text from the valet. The parking to be expensive. Also, the internet was not included in the cost of the room. I cannot remember the last time we paid for internet!」

「The property is what you’d expect from a HGI, but it seemed overpriced, and what appeared to be a free buffet actually cost $10 per person. The signage for the breakfast should have been prominently placed before you entered the buffet area. Although it’s in a suburban area with plentiful parking, there are signs posted that parking is $8. For the location and cost of the hotel, I’d expect both breakfast and parking to be included.
