「What a cute little place with all of the amenities. Clean and the bed was super comfortable. Love the decor. Especially the artist work displayed. Walking distance to downtown was a plus 」

「The staff was professional. The gym is extremely small. The EV charger was NOT working. The breakfast was nice. Coffee is always available. The hotel is extremely noisy, not well insulated? You can hear others talking and definitely the highway outside. 」

「Right in the heart of historic downtown Sanford. Short walk to Lake Monroe and all of the local amenities. Check in was a breeze and the room was tastefully designed and color coordinated very well. The ceilings are high and the ceiling tiles are very unique. There are artistic touches in the entire unit which makes it quite cozy and fun.」

I was planning on staying a few days because I sold my house downtown Orlando and I’m in the process of looking to buy some things and I ended up staying a whole month. Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. I would highly recommend them.」

「Overall, it was clean. Bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen were fine. There was a small puddle on floor in one of the rooms. A windowsill in the common area had a dead mosquito. Front porch furniture wasn’t clean. Didn’t meet a staff member until ready to leave. Extra supplies were provided upon request. 」

「Amazing hotel. Huge rooms that are so well thought out. Night stands on both sides of both beds so everyone can have one. Tons of charging ports and outlets. A table on wheels that could be used as a desk, table, luggage rack. Breakfast was good with egg rounds, waffles. Beautiful outdoor space and walking path. Only “con” would be that you can hear the people above you moving/flushing toilets etc. but ask for the top floor of that is bothersome. Highly recommend!」
