「Well, our family planned a trip to Banff National park, the third largest park in the world. We booked the hotel for six nights. 「Checking in was stressful as there is no on-site front desk everything is online, with a toddler crying and driving down from out of town with crappy weather my checking was stressful. The suite was really spacious and clean. We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed. This was our second time staying here, will definitely come back. 」

「In the first night, the room is terrible. The furniture is in bad condition. The room is old and dirty. However, the hotel staff knows our feelings. They changed another room for us next day. That one was completely different. That room was excellent. All the negative comments in the last room changed to positive comments would be the right comments in the next day.」
