「Initial room was not clean when checked in. Asked to be moved to another room which was inconvenient. Appliances in the room were leaking water and not operational. Bed springs were not good. Above all, AC unit was making loud noise through out the stay which disturbed my sleep. Complained about the excessive AC noise but tech said that it's normal for older unit.」

「Great boutique hotel in the heart of downtown St. Pete. Had a little birthday pool party there. Don’t bother bringing ANY food or drink by the pool, including water. They have free water at the bar but they won’t let you bring in your own water. Also, apparently there’s a pool server. No one told us that so when we ordered from the bar a server came over and was very openly annoyed that neither the bar staff or the hostess let us know to order through her. Overall though, a great time!」

「Hi, I wanted to share my disappointment with my recent stay. I felt it was very unfair that I wasn’t allowed to have guests visit my room or use the pool with me. This policy significantly impacted my experience, and I don’t believe it was made clear before my stay. Had I known about these restrictions in advance, I may have chosen a different hotel. There was roaches in the bathroom also.」

「The room was okay., clean but in need of a refresh. The onsite staff was very friendly but did not speak English. I attempted to alert her to a parking issue and she gave me her phone to speak into an app translator. The problem was the parking space I was assigned too and required to pay for had pipes protruding from the concrete inside the parking lines, the pool door opened to parking lot and it banged against the front of my car - Juan the absentee manager had staff put a DIY bucket in front...
