「I will start off by saying the staff was nice enough and they had a free shuttle to run you down to the pier and restaurant area since this hotel is not in walking distance of those amenities. The only thing that took away from the stay was that it was a Saturday night stay and the music in the bars in the building was blasting until 3am. I love music and the hotel shared this with me when I checked in, and they even give you ear plugs which I highly recommend. Nice spot!」

「Not what I was expecting, I had to visit the front desk three times to request sheets for the pull-out bed. Additionally, the toilet was broken and the bathtub was clogged. Finally, when I attempted to use the laundry facilities, the front desk informed me that the store was out of laundry soap, despite advertisements stating it was available.」
