"Not what I was expecting, I had to visit the front desk three times to request sheets for the pull-out bed. Additionally, the toilet was broken and the bathtub was clogged. Finally, when I attempted to use the laundry facilities, the front desk informed me that the store was out of laundry soap, despite advertisements stating it was available."

"As described, easy to check in and check out. Downtown district is so beautiful and clean. Room was clean and essentials provided. Staff were friendly."

"I will start off by saying the staff was nice enough and they had a free shuttle to run you down to the pier and restaurant area since this hotel is not in walking distance of those amenities. It is adjacent to the Rays stadium so it would be ideal for game days. Parking was $40 a night, pricey for the type of hotel, but the valet was extremely fast. I did not try the breakfast but there was a nice area with snacks and all day coffee. Things I found to be a problem were room cleanliness and the broken elevator. When we arrived there was a noticeably dirty towel hanging in the bathroom and the shower door was pretty dirty. The toilet flushed very weakly and the smell in the shower was off putting. It had a large drain and smelled off. One of the 2 elevators was broken so everyone in the entire hotel (including housekeeping) was waiting for 1 elevator and the wait was very long at times and sometimes full when it finally arrived. It sounded like it wasn’t an issue that was going to fixed in the near future."

"It was an interesting place to stay. The 20 year old me would have been more than ok. Cheap and close to all the areas in St Pete that I needed to have access to. However the adult in me would most likely not stay here again. It's a cute space with lots of potential in a safe area of St Pete. Just not the best kept space. The front desk lady had No sense of humor, the check in process was odd to say the least. The pool was clean but youre not allowed to use it after dark. The room was pretty clean, there was no upper lighting and just a tiny lamp on the night stand between the beds. The blinds had no control so they could not be lowered or raised. The bed was not too comfortable overall. "

"The property is in a great location and affordable. The only thing that took away from the stay was that it was a Saturday night stay and the music in the bars in the building was blasting until 3am. I love music and the hotel shared this with me when I checked in, and they even give you ear plugs which I highly recommend. Nice spot!"
