「We had an excellent one night stay. Casini, the GM has done a wonderful job with this property and staff. The wonderful lady overseeing the front desk was cheerful and helpful upon check-in. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. My daughters loved swimming in the pool and the automatic pancake maker At breakfast. 「Our room (130) had a phone that did t work which they said its been that way for years and also the room was dripping wet… literally. The seals in the door were non existent and cased a lot of humidity or baby formula the beds our clothes the floor the crawling all super wet. I went to ask for towels to dry out floors and the lady said are you in 130? I said yes and she said they just can’t seem to fix that room it’s been like this for a long time. I told the front about the weather stripping...

「We stayed 6 nights, we asked to clean room they did not. Then stopped at front desk ant 4th night and asked again to clean room then said we are cleaning after 3rd night. So they cleaned 5th day of our stay. First time saw that terrible cleaning service. Every day towels were replaced but toilet paper and soap was not replaced. We went down and asked toilet paper. Unprofessional.」
