"Property is well maintained and the staff is professional. The star less is because even though we had a room for 3 the sofa bed had no lines or pillow, we had to call to request that. And the parking lot has a sign letting you know they are not responsible for your vehicle but they charge you $20 dollars daily for the parking.😳"

"You get what u pay for overcharched at 120 a night as cockroaches were plentiful. Avoid tjis place. The staff was awesome. Cockroaches galore"

"Went to a show in Orlando area, so stayed the night here - would have been better to just make the drive home. Per site, picked a non-smoking room. Room smelled badly of stale cigarettes, gross. The room was dirty, the bathroom was filthy. Dirty scuzzy toilet. Floors dirty. The rooms were allegedly "updated" but with very shoddy work, uneven tiles, missing grout, etc. Shower liner far too large for shower size so you're basically stepping on it in the shower. I showered with my sandals on. The bed itself was actually comfortable, but there was no blanket, it was just a sheet on the bed. Would be good if they took more pride in actually deep cleaning these rooms and getting rid of smoke smells in you know, a non-smoking room."

"Both rooms I was Put in both were infested with roaches .. oh it was horrible. Someone had a dog that was barking loud upon entering the building. "

"Our A/C was intermittent. We ran out of tissues. they only clean rooms every other day."

"The hotel wasnt anything like was advised, there was lots of things broken or not working. The staff seemed happy just playing on phones and put out when asked anything.the room wasnt very clean . The list goes on so we booked out as i wasnt very happy at all plus we never recieved any of our money back either so all very unprofessional and under handed."
