「The overall status of the hotel is nice, we arrived quite later at 1:00am, but the housekeeping starts knocking doors from 9:30 all the way to 10:40 (about 4 times) to ask people to check out... they really did what their boss told...」

「What a fabulous place to stay in lovely Bowness on Windermere. Chris and Vicky are so friendly, they were so helpful and accomodating to any requests, communication prior to check in was superb. Our room was beautiful, a gorgeous view over Lake Windermere, wonderfully comfortable bed and pillows, fab hot shower, really clean and comfortable.
