「Staff is great.」

「The property is primarily a trucking resting place. Seems appropriate for that. I will say using Expedia for booking was a big problem. I was very disappointed when they were unable to find my reservation. I ultimately had to book directly with the hotel paying the hotel price. My reservation and payment through Expedia was useless. $300+ for truck stop hotel .」

「Breakfast was good - - a variety of different things. Rooms were clean. The walls had some visible areas where paint touchups are needed and had a weird ceiling light above the dresser but other than that it's a nice, affordable place to stay. Close to many of the places we wanted to go to, especially the Outlet.」

「There's a reason Blackhawk is the top rated hotel in the Dells. The cleanliness felt on a different level - like, not institutionally cleaned, more like grandma cleaned. The pool was great. The kids had a lot of fun.」

「Easy check-in. Clean spacious room with comfortable bed and plenty of pillows, and lots of plug-ins for electronics. Staff was friendly and helpful with getting us an extra blanket. Plenty of parking. Excellent breakfast! - so many choices, and all the food was hot and fresh. We especially liked the automatic pancakes maker and 24/7 coffee bar.」

「Very clean hotel. Our room had some drainage near the ceiling as if a past guest had a carbonated dark beverage explode and get all over the wall. This may have been unnoticed by housekeeping. Otherwise very clean. The vent in our bathroom didn’t work so it ended up a bit humid in the room. Breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast of egg, potatoes and turkey sausage. Cereal, oatmeal packets, fruits and muffins were a nice option! Overall would stay again!」

「Friendly, kind, and patient for an 11 pm check-in. Clean rooms, parking lot, lobby, halls, breakfast area. Breakfast was good quality, with many of the usual offerings, but tasty too」

「If you don't want a half hour walk from the parking lot to your room, don't stay here. Need escalators for real.」

「Jetted tub in the room was nice and worked great. Very convenient location to downtown Wisconsin Dells. Property could use some updates and maintenance. Breakfast had a few decent options like cereal, eggs, sausage, hash browns no bacon though😔. Overall was a decent stay.」
