「We enjoyed our room on the 4 th floor but when we arrived early the older woman behind the front desk was not pleasant at all, then I asked where the restroom was she pointed Left and Left.. We left and came back later the guy said each floor had an ice machine but 4th floor and 3rd floor were out of order!!」

「The hotel was pretty okay and decent for the 3 nights my husband and I stayed at while visiting the Dells. The pool was decent as well but was a bit dirty for our liking. We did have to go to front desk to ask for toilet paper since housekeeping never gave us extra but did change our garbage. We saw the reviews online prior to our trip and were not too comfortable sleeping under the sheets so we brought our own blankets to sleep on. 「The pool wasnt all that clean cause when we got out we smelled funny but other than that the hotel is a great spot in a good area for the price」

「I thought the property was ok for an older place. My only problems were the amount of bugs on the light as you try to enter your room. My main issue tho was no matter how low you turned the AC down to, it didn’t seem to stay cool in the whole room. Other than those two things, we really enjoyed our stay.」
